Book Review Guidelines
I’m happy to assist authors by reading and reviewing books.

I’m currently taking on requests, but I’m still having trouble finding time to read which will mean I cannot promise to return with a review within a certain time frame. I also get a huge amount of requests, and I try to answer as many as I can. I read ever single request I get, but there are so many that I find it too time consuming to answer them all. I rather spent that free time reading. So, I want to apologize in advance if I fail to answer any requests that may be sent to me.

If I decline reading your book, it doesn’t mean I didn’t like your pitch or that the book didn’t sound like a good read. Even if I would love to read it all, I hope you understand that there simply isn’t enough hours in a day to mange that.

My reviews will always be free, and I’ll only post positive reviews. If your book earns 3 or more stars, I’ll post it. If I feel that something makes me unable to give the book 3 stars, or if I do not finish the book, I’ll not post anything.

I’ll post my reviews on Goodreads, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, my blog, twitter and up to 2 additional sites of your choice.

If you’re interested in a book review please contact me at mail@erikawinterlia.com

I love the following genres:

  • Sci-Fi (including YA)
  • YA Dystopian
  • Fantasy (including YA)
  • Graphic Novels
  • Mystery
  • Thriller

I don’t have much experience in the following genres (but I’m willing to try if you have a nice pitch):

  • Contemporary
  • Romance

I don’t read the following genres:

  • Erotica
  • Political
  • Historical (unless it’s fantasy/sci-fi)
  • Novels dealing with the mafia and similar.
  • Memoirs
  • Non-Fiction

I accept PDF’s, Kindle Files (or other e-book formats, ask if you’re unsure) and Actual Print Books (but I don’t live in USA so shipping will be expensive unfortunately).

Since I hugely prefer to read printed books and still struggle with electronic ones, I’ll take on any printed book before a digital one. If I receive a printed copy of a book, I will almost always read it and review it.

Printed books can be sent to:
